This month sees Parseq forging ahead with its global growth plans as it has expanded its team in the Chennai office. India has always presented substantial opportunities in the global market and the growing team will deliver even greater operational efficiency and customer experience for the company.
Managing Director, Craig Naylor-Smith, has spent time with the expanded team in India and has also welcomed key members of the team to the UK head office. The team will continue to support the company in providing multi-channel services to help organisations acquire new customers, retain market share and improve operational efficiency.
Parseq is one of the UK’s leading service providers and the larger team in India will be adding to a vibrant team of over 2,000 employees working across five UK sites. Rami Cassis of Parabellum Investments is the Chairman of Parseq.
