It employs more than 500 people across eight sites in the UK, Bulgaria and India. It also maintains international partnerships covering eight countries. Each year, Parseq processes over £36 billion of payments, digitises 70 million documents, prints 117 million secure documents and has delivered almost 250 IT implementation projects globally.

  • Using automation to help clients optimise their document, financial and payment processing. This includes finance and accounting services, such as credit management and invoice processing; digital back-office services, such as automated cash allocation and digital mailrooms and payment services, including cheque processing.
  • Printing specialist documents with in-built security features, such as cheques and ballot papers
  • Providing IT services, including consultancy and project implementation, managed services, software license resale and product support.

Craig Naylor-Smith is the CEO of Parseq. He has over 25 years’ experience in business process outsourcing (BPO), finance & administration and offshore back-office processing.

Rami Cassis acquired his first company, Documetric, in 2007. Documetric grew by acquisition, which included a reverse takeover of AIM-listed IE PLC in 2010. This became Parseq PLC upon takeover. Cassis then raised external funding, allowing him to take Parseq PLC Group private in 2012.

Rami Cassis launched Parabellum Investments in 2012, as his personal fund vehicle to invest in two companies, one of which was Parseq, part of Parseq PLC.
